
Taeya Boi-Doku is a multidisciplinary artist blending painting, photography, fiber arts, and the written word. Her practice of creating lives at the intersection of Afro-diasporic place-making, archival research, and biophilia. As a woman of Ghanaian and Rwandan heritage, Taeya writes to refuse the extinction of the cultures that created her, and the landscapes that nurture her.
